Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZestSSH (the "App"), published by Affluent Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZestSSH, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ZestSSH is a mobile SSH client application that allows you to connect to remote servers via SSH, Telnet, and local shell; manage SSH identities and keys; transfer files via SFTP; configure port forwarding tunnels; and save and manage command snippets.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through connections you configure in the App.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the SSH keys and credentials stored in the App.
• You must not use the App to gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ZestSSH to violate any applicable law or regulation; gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data; distribute malware or engage in any form of cyberattack; or interfere with or disrupt any server or network.

5. In-App Purchases

ZestSSH Pro is available as a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Pro unlocks additional features including unlimited connections, all terminal themes, SFTP file transfer, and port forwarding. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.

Cloud Sync is a separate one-time purchase independent of Pro. Cloud Sync enables end-to-end encrypted server-side storage and synchronization of your configuration data. Cloud Sync uses zero-knowledge encryption — we cannot access, recover, or decrypt your synced data. If you lose your master password and recovery key, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

Bundle is a combined one-time purchase that includes both Pro and Cloud Sync features.

"Lifetime" access to purchased features means the lifetime of ZestSSH as a product, not a fixed calendar period. All updates and improvements are included at no additional cost.

6. Free Tier Limitations

The free version includes up to 3 saved connections, 3 terminal themes, basic SSH/Telnet/local shell access, and command snippets.

7. Intellectual Property

ZestSSH, its design, logo, and all associated content are owned by Affluent Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZestSSH is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. SSH security depends on proper server configuration, key management, and network security, which are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affluent Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, unauthorized access, or security breaches that result from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
